Loft conversion and Extension (2020)
This property has been fully modernised and extended to an extremely high standard whilst retaining period features and character throughout. This house is oozing with charm and comprises front reception room with sash style double glazed windows, open plan fully integrated kitchen/living/dining room, seperate study/play room, utility room and downstairs cloakroom. To the first floor there is a family bathroom, three bedrooms with an ensuite wet room to the master. Works include full NICEIC re-wire, new pressurised heating system, ground floor j.k wet underfloor-heating, complete replastering, loft extensions, rear extension and double sided extension.
Loft conversion and rear extension, Borehamwood
In this project by London Roofing Building Ltd. we have a loft conversion with a rear extension and total refurbishment of a three bedroom house. The refurbishment comprises of a complete new heating system, a total top to bottom re-wire along with new plastering and finally this lovely house was fully re-decorated throughout. All this Work undertaken on a budget to meet clients specifications and time frames successfully. Borehamwood.
Loft conversion, Borehamwood
In this property we have undertaken a sizeable loft conversion which includes adding an en suite and also an existing bathroom refurbishment and full modernisation. Borehamwood.
Loft and Rear Extension, Borehamwood
For this one London Roofing Building Ltd. have built a large rear extension onto this property. We have also provided a loft conversion with ensuite shower room. Completed a full refurbishment throughout the property, totally rewired the house, installed a new high pressure heating system with new bathrooms a utility room and kitchen. The property was then re-plastered and decorated throughout, a lot of work and the client was very happy.
Rear Extension, kitchen and porch, Radlett
For this project the client wanted us to build a large extension to the rear of the property to provide more living space. The client also asked us to knock through internal walls and relocate the kitchen.
Large loft conversion, Wembley (2021)
For this one London Roofing Building Ltd. have built a large loft conversion onto this property. Major roof works to maximise internal space all done under complete weather proofing enclosure with scoffolding. Completed a full refurbishment throughout the loft, a big project and a lot of work but the client was very pleased with the results.
Detached garage conversion, Edgware (2021)
This one involved a large detached garage to the rear of the property. We extended it and installed underfloor heating throughout. Completely refurbished and decorated internally resulting in a substantial and modern living space. Once again the job was completed on time and the customers were extremely satisfied.
Completely refurbished bathroom and kitchen. (2022)
This was a complete refurb, rip out the old fittings, install new flooring, tiling, pipework and new kitchen and bathroom suites. All finished to our usual high standards, quality materials used throughout and the finished work looks amazing. More happy customers!

Huge amount of work went into this one, fantastic quality finish, took a lot of planning. A really professional team is needed to complete work on this scale within budget and on time - but here at London Roofing thats what we do!
